As the Senior Design Manager, I led a small internal marketing department through multi-channel projects—from ideation and creative direction with key stakeholders, to design, art direction, and production processes. I also advocated for and developed brand guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in our creative output, and have been the brand illustrator since 2017.
